About The Position

Generis is seeking a curious, motivated Business System Resident to help improve processes, explore technology, and strengthen the systems that support the organization’s ministry. The resident will work with leadership and operations teams across business disciplines, gaining hands-on experience in how technology, administration, and strategic operations contribute to effective client service and organizational growth.

As Generis expands its work with churches and faith-based nonprofits, the resident will contribute ideas, address practical business challenges, and help develop scalable systems that improve efficiency. The role includes direct mentorship from the President and Chief Operating Officer, as well as opportunities to learn from other organizational leaders. It is suited to someone who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, adapts to change, and enjoys asking questions and finding better ways to work. The residency offers development in business operations, systems thinking, problem-solving, and leadership while supporting churches and ministries in cultivating generosity.
