About The Position

Generis is seeking an Operations and Events Resident to support its work equipping churches and faith-based nonprofits to cultivate generosity as a spiritual discipline. The resident will help with day-to-day operations, administrative support, event coordination, hospitality, operational systems, and client experiences, serving ministry leaders across North America. The role provides hands-on experience, direct mentorship, and practical training in a collaborative, high-performance environment, while developing organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and helping build systems that support the team’s growth.

• Interested in gaining field experience in operations, event coordination, and working with churches.
