About The Position

CosmoProf is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in serving licensed beauty professionals and delivering a customer experience built around education, product, inspiration, and community. The manager oversees talent and store operations, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive tailored solutions for their hair and beauty needs.

The Store Manager is accountable for meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. The role also safeguards customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures and company policies, and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform work involving long periods of standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
