Clinical Director - Arlington Heights
About The Position
The Clinical Director oversees clinical operations and staffing at the Arlington Heights clinic. The role also carries a small caseload, providing evidence-based individual therapy using approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, and the Unified Protocol, while managing client retention and termination. The director provides at least one monthly individual supervision session for each fully licensed staff member, including clinical supervisors, facilitates at least one organizational training per month, and leads at least one group supervision session per month. The position follows a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days per week on-site.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Fully licensed to practice independently in Illinois as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
- Passion for patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and staffing at the Arlington Heights clinic.
- Maintain a small caseload and provide evidence-based individual therapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, and the Unified Protocol.
- Demonstrate effective management, retention, and termination of clients on the caseload.
- Provide at least one monthly individual supervision session for each fully licensed staff member, including clinical supervisors.
- Facilitate at least one organizational training per month.
- Facilitate at least one group supervision session per month.
