About The Position

Join Tricoci Salon | Spa as an experienced stylist where luxury, creativity, and career growth come together. We are looking for established stylists who are passionate about their craft, dedicated to exceptional guest experiences, and ready to grow their business in a luxury salon environment. Our onboarding process recognizes your existing experience, with the potential to shorten or completely test out of training, depending on your skills and qualifications.

Requirements

5+ consecutive years of experience behind the chair
Luxury or high-end salon training and experience
An established clientele and a passion for growing your book of business
Experience with client rebooking, retail recommendations, and client retention
Strong guest relationship-building and communication skills
A team-first mindset and commitment to elevated service standards
Active Illinois Cosmetology License
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a clientele
A passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction
Flexibility to meet salon scheduling needs
