About The Position

The Clinical Director oversees clinical operations and staffing for the Arlington Heights clinic. The role also maintains a small caseload and provides evidence-based individual therapy using approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, and the Unified Protocol, while managing client retention and termination. The Clinical Director provides monthly individual supervision for each fully licensed staff member, including clinical supervisors, facilitates at least one monthly organizational training, and leads at least one monthly group supervision.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
• Must be fully licensed to practice independently in Illinois as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
• Passion for patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and staffing for the Arlington Heights clinic.
• Maintain a small caseload and provide evidence-based individual therapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, and the Unified Protocol.
• Demonstrate effective management, retention, and termination of clients on the caseload.
• Provide at least one monthly individual supervision session for each fully licensed staff member, including clinical supervisors.
• Facilitate at least one monthly organizational training.
• Facilitate at least one monthly group supervision.
