About The Position

The Store Manager in Waiting program is a temporary developmental role designed to develop and evaluate future retail leaders through hands-on experience in a store environment. Advancement into a leadership role depends on demonstrated performance, leadership readiness, and business needs. Team members not selected for a leadership role at the end of the 180-day period will be placed at the appropriate Jewelry Consultant level based on qualifications, performance, and business needs, with any applicable compensation adjustment. The role is limited to external new hires.

Requirements

• Previous management or leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in pursuing a management career with Signet.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work successfully in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business results.
