About The Position

The Store Manager in Waiting program develops and evaluates future retail leaders through hands-on experience in a store environment. Advancement into a leadership role depends on demonstrated performance, leadership readiness, and business needs. Team members not selected for a leadership role at the end of the 180-day program will be placed at an appropriate Jewelry Consultant level based on qualifications, performance, and business needs, with any applicable compensation adjustment. Candidates should understand that the role is temporary and developmental and that the program may have different outcomes at its conclusion.

Requirements

• Previous management or leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to pursue a management career with Signet.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work successfully in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business results.
• Limited to external new hires only.
