The Store Management job is a development-focused role designed to prepare the successful candidate for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week program includes self-paced and collaborative training, with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences. Development is supported by a District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach. The role supports the store as a member of the management team and involves leading consistently with CVS values and policies, engaging colleagues in the company’s purpose of helping people on their path to better health, and developing toward promotion. Candidates must be willing to accept a Store Manager promotion anywhere in their designated market and transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores in that market. Selection for this role does not guarantee promotion; promotion timing depends on factors including performance and availability of openings. The schedule may vary based on business needs. The position is full-time, with 45 anticipated weekly hours. The typical pay range is $18.50–$23.88 per hour; the actual offer depends on factors such as experience, education, and geography.
