Store Leader
About The Position
The Store Leader is a full-time retail store manager who leads a team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 members of management, to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve store goals. The role oversees talent development, store operations, visual presentation, expenses, and the omni-channel business, while building awareness and connections in the local community. The position is based at Store 1711-Porterville Mktplc in Porterville, California. Pay is hourly, from $28.43 to $31.84, with monthly incentive compensation eligibility based on store performance. Pay varies according to qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Requirements
- Previous management experience is required.
- Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere.

- Computer proficiency is necessary.
- Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.
