Store Leader
About The Position
The Store Leader is a full-time retail store manager who leads a team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 management team members, to create a positive customer experience and achieve store goals. The role oversees talent selection and development, store operations and expenses, visual presentation, omni-channel business, and community engagement. The position is located at Store 1711 in Porterville, California, and is paid hourly at $28.43–$31.84, with eligibility for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Requirements
- Previous management experience is required.
