About The Position
JPC2 LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a full-time Store General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. The role is responsible for cost, inventory, and cash controls, customer relations, and ensuring that the restaurant’s policies and procedures are followed. The General Manager sets the example for the team and manages schedules, product ordering, team-member training, and hiring. A profit-share bonus is awarded based on controlling costs within established goals. The position pays $23.00–$25.00 per hour, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus program.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
- A criminal background check is required.

- One year of restaurant management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee everything that happens in the restaurant.
- Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
