About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. In this entry-level role, team members work in the kitchen, take phone and counter orders, prepare pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and clean equipment and the facility. The position emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including the option to work only a day or two per week.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking to strangers.
• Team player with punctuality and a positive attitude.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
