About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee store operations during a shift. The role is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Shift Leader sets an example for the crew and ensures that all policies and procedures are followed. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
• A criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during the shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Handle customer relations.
• Set an example for the crew.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and expect the crew to do the same.
