About The Position

Domino's franchise JPC LLC is hiring a General Store Manager to lead a restaurant and build a strong team culture while engaging with the community. The manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, customer relations, scheduling, product ordering, team-member training, and hiring. The role requires setting an example by following company policies and procedures and ensuring the crew does the same. General Managers may earn an achievement bonus of $400–$2,000 and a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within established goals.

Judgment, math, and multitasking skills.

One year of restaurant management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all activities and operations in the restaurant.
Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
Handle customer relations.

Create staff schedules.
