About The Position

The Store Expansion Senior Specialist supports the company’s store expansion program, developing and managing prospective site opportunities from sourcing and assessment through negotiation, contract coordination, execution, and post-signing handover. The role works under the objectives and authority established by the Expansion Director and provides objective site information, analysis, and recommendations. The position does not have authority to make final site-selection decisions, independently approve final contract terms, or execute binding agreements on the company’s behalf. The specialist sources and tracks prospective locations, assesses site suitability and market conditions, prepares evaluation packages, and supports site-review decisions. Within approved authority, the specialist negotiates commercial terms and coordinates LOIs, leases, reviews, approvals, and execution. After signing, the specialist verifies and organizes transaction documents, hands over critical lease and site information to project stakeholders, and tracks key milestones. The role also develops relationships with brokers, landlords, and leasing teams; gathers market intelligence; and coordinates with internal departments to advance expansion projects. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring Mandarin Chinese. Compensation is $72,000 per year, with eligibility for a quarterly performance-based bonus and an annual target bonus. The role requires willingness and ability to travel and conduct frequent on-site property visits.
