About The Position

This is a part-time role focused on maintaining the store's appearance and cleanliness to ensure a positive customer experience. The team member will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and assisting customers. Additional duties may include operating the cash register, promoting loyalty programs, assisting with online orders, participating in stocking and inventory processes, and supporting safety and security initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
• Use of standard commercial cleaners and chemicals.

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Dust and damp mop floors.
• Move equipment and products for cleaning and ensure correct product placement.
• Clean assigned areas using provided materials and equipment.
• Mix cleaning solutions as needed.
• Deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, and high-traffic zones.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and notify supervisors of supply needs.
• Take initiative to identify and complete cleaning tasks.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in accordance with federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Maintain positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers.
• Project a positive image and serve as a role model.
• Provide a fast and friendly check-out experience and execute cash handling.
• Engage customers about loyalty programs and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store).
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
• Execute Company policies and standards.
