About The Position

The Store Director is accountable for every aspect of retail store performance, driving a profitable business while building genuine customer connections and loyalty and maintaining efficient operations. The role hires, trains, and develops talent so employees can contribute at their highest potential, and fosters an inclusive work environment with a shared vision and sense of belonging. The Store Director leads the team and business, delivers exceptional customer experiences, manages store operations and technology, and works with district and business partners to shape product assortment and visual merchandising.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-time retail management experience.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bend, reach, and stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and drive the business, building a meaningful connection to the brand while maximizing profitability.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through personalized service standards, proactive engagement, and swift resolution of concerns; lead the team in delivering service excellence.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a diverse team that reflects the communities served.
• Partner with the District Manager and management team to create a collaborative working environment for associates.
• Keep the team on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Provide feedback to the District Manager and relevant business partners to influence product assortment and in-store visual merchandising.
