About The Position

Fielmann USA, Inc. is hiring a Store Development Procurement Administrator to own end-to-end procurement, sourcing, and order administration for Store Development fixture packages and related store-opening and remodel purchases across Fielmann USA. The role supports new stores and remodel programs by converting approved fixture plans and project schedules into accurate, complete, competitively sourced, and timely orders. The role works closely with Store Planning, Construction, Store Development Finance, Facilities, Operations, Accounting/AP, vendors, and other stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring three days onsite and offering the option to work remotely two days per week. The role may require normal or extended office hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, to meet deadlines, as well as independent travel to support Company objectives and personal development.
