The Store Development Coordinator supports the Store Design and Store Development teams through project coordination, field visits, documentation, sourcing, and administrative support. The role gathers accurate field information, coordinates furniture and material needs, and follows up on outstanding items to help keep store projects and improvement initiatives moving forward. This is a support and coordination position; advanced architectural or design software experience is not required, though familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar programs is a plus. The coordinator visits existing and future stores to record measurements, photographs, existing conditions, and design-related issues. They organize design documents and coordinate information among internal teams and external stakeholders. They also research materials and furnishings, request product details and pricing, maintain sample and vendor information, and help coordinate furniture requests, deliveries, and installations. The role includes periodic store visits and design audits to document the condition of store elements, identify potential improvements, verify field information, and follow up on completed work. The coordinator also provides administrative and project support by maintaining records, schedules, and trackers; following up on action items and deadlines; and communicating project progress or potential delays. The position combines office coordination with hands-on field assignments and local travel to stores, vendors, and project locations as needed.
