About The Position

Cooperative Producers, Inc. (CPI) is seeking dedicated Store Clerks to join its expanding team. The role involves serving customers in a retail store, preferably drawing on convenience-store or other retail experience. Store Clerks greet customers, process payments and provide change, stock shelves, create displays, prepare food service items, and maintain the store. They complete daily housekeeping to help ensure a safe environment, monitor customer transactions and experiences, and follow CPI’s established guidelines and safety policies. CPI emphasizes employee development and community partnerships through its “Making Local Matter” initiative. The posting is for two full-time evening Store Clerk positions. Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or related experience and/or training in retail.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and availability.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds at a time, as required.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and work at a cash register for prolonged periods.
Occasionally, ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
