About The Position

CHS Inc. is seeking a full-time Night Shift Store Clerk for its Cenex Zip Trip convenience store, store 60, in Buffalo, Wyoming. The Store Clerk helps ensure customers have a positive and efficient experience by providing courteous service in a fast-paced retail environment. The position generally works 40 hours over five days per week, with work schedule flexibility.

Requirements

Knowledge of retail and/or retail merchandising and customer service.
Meet the minimum age requirement.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with customers and coworkers.
Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment, including a cash register and time- and record-keeping computer systems.
Ability to sit, stand, squat, bend, and repeatedly lift up to 55 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers promptly and courteously, treating them professionally, and assisting with browsing or checkout.
Accept payments and issue receipts.
Display and organize products so customers can locate them easily.
Maintain store appearance by dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise.
Assist with ordering merchandise and tracking inventory.
Monitor customers to support loss prevention.
Assist with preparing displays and promotions.
Follow safety policies, training, personal protective equipment procedures, and regulations; identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek help correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
