About The Position

Sapp Bros. is hiring a full-time Cashier/Retail Sales Associate for the first shift. The role serves as the face of the store, welcoming customers and providing fast, accurate, friendly service while helping maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked store. Weekend and holiday availability is required. The stated pay is $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness and ability to learn.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to provide proper documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and employment reference check.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer warmly and with a genuine smile.
• Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service at the register.
