About The Position

Town Pump is seeking a motivated, outgoing Store Barista Attendant to work primarily at the Stone House Coffee Shots counters in Town Pump convenience stores. The role provides customer service and handles cash, merchandise stocking and presentation, and coffee-counter sales and preparation. The attendant prepares food and beverages according to recipes, supports customers in a fast-paced environment, operates the register, completes shift paperwork, and maintains the coffee counter and surrounding store areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, build positive relationships, suggest products, and help customers locate merchandise.
• Prepare customer food and beverage orders using Stone House Coffee Shots recipes, including espressos, lattes, frappes, and coffee combinations.
• Handle cash, operate the register, provide correct change, and process credit cards and checks.
• Stock, price, rotate, and display merchandise; support coffee-counter sales and preparation.
• Complete shift paperwork accurately, answer phone calls, and clean and maintain the coffee counter.
• Notify the supervisor of situations or policy violations that adversely affect store performance.
• Use fire extinguishers and other safety equipment as needed; follow vendor check-in procedures.
• Listen to and handle customer complaints, and use the price book, safety manual, and store restroom logs.
• Maintain the storefront, customer seating areas, parking area, exterior windows, and sidewalks, including seasonal shoveling.
