About The Position

Town Pump is seeking a motivated and outgoing Store Barista Attendant, primarily assigned to Stone House Coffee Shots in Town Pump convenience stores. The role provides customer service and handles cash, merchandise stocking and presentation, and coffee-counter sales and preparation. The attendant prepares food and beverages according to Stone House Coffee Shots recipes and helps maintain the coffee counter, store, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, suggest products, help customers locate merchandise, and handle customer complaints.
• Prepare customer food and beverage orders using Stone House Coffee Shots recipes for espressos, lattes, frappes, and coffee combinations.
• Handle cash and register transactions, give correct change, and process credit cards and checks.
• Stock, price, rotate, and display merchandise.
• Complete shift paperwork accurately and completely, answer phone calls, and clean and maintain the coffee counter.
• Notify the supervisor of situations or policy violations that adversely affect store operating performance.
• Use fire extinguishers and other safety equipment as needed, follow vendor check-in procedures, and use the price book, safety manual, and restroom logs.
• Maintain storefronts, customer seating areas, parking areas, exterior windows, and sidewalks, including seasonal shoveling.
