About The Position

Store Associates support all aspects of daily Lidl store operations in a fast-paced, structured, team-based environment. The role moves between checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, promotional displays, and other areas as needed, with an emphasis on efficient execution, customer service, and store standards. Associates serve customers, maintain product freshness and presentation, organize weekly offers, keep the store clean, support accurate inventory and low stock loss, and follow safety procedures. They work with the team to complete daily tasks and ensure smooth operations for the next shift.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products up to and in excess of 45 lbs. and frequently reach above head height (10+ inches).

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Transition between checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and other areas to meet store needs.
Meet productivity goals and follow Lidl processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking.
Perform freshness checks in produce and chilled areas and maintain quality and presentation standards.
Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers, including signage and pricing.
Maintain cleanliness across the sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
Operate the register quickly and accurately, including memorizing produce price look-up codes (PLUs).
Handle customer inquiries and returns, and professionally resolve or escalate customer issues.
Follow inventory control measures to help maintain accurate inventory and reduce stock loss.
Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
Work with the team to complete daily tasks on time and support smooth operations for the next shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
