About The Position

Store Associates support all aspects of daily store operations in a fast-paced, structured, team-based environment. The role includes customer service, checkout, stocking, bakery and produce tasks, freshness checks, promotional display setup, cleanliness, inventory control, and safety. Associates move between responsibilities as store needs change, follow Lidl’s operational processes and productivity standards, and work with teammates to complete daily tasks and support smooth transitions between shifts.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products up to and in excess of 45 pounds and frequently reach above head height (10+ inches).

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Move between checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and other areas to meet store needs.
Meet productivity goals and follow operational processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking.
Perform freshness checks in produce and chilled areas and maintain quality and presentation standards.
Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers, including signage and pricing.
Maintain cleanliness across the sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
Operate the register quickly and accurately, including memorizing produce price look-up codes.
Answer customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve or escalate customer issues professionally.
Follow inventory control measures to help maintain accurate inventory and reduce stock loss.
Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Work with the team to complete daily tasks on time and support smooth store operations for the next shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
