About The Position

Store Associates provide customers with Lidl’s shopping experience. The role involves a wide range of store operations, including stocking, cashiering, cleaning, bakery operations, non-food merchandising, produce tasks, and weekly promotional set-up. Successful associates thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities and different ways of doing business, communicate openly, and focus on providing high-quality, low-price, hassle-free shopping.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide products weighing over 50 pounds.
Ability to reach above the head to heights greater than 10 inches.
Flexibility to start an early shift at 5 a.m. or finish a late shift at 11 p.m., including weekends.
Positive attitude when priorities change.
Friendly communication style with team members and customers.
Willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Unpack deliveries and stock products at a quick pace.
Provide excellent customer service at the registers and throughout the store, answering questions and helping customers locate items.
Keep the parking lot, sales floor, breakroom, and warehouse clean and organized throughout the shift.
Learn and complete tasks in the bakery and produce areas and assist with weekly promotional set-up.
Communicate clearly with management and colleagues and work as a team player to complete tasks as needed.
