About The Position

This is an opportunity for an independent Doctor of Optometry to operate a private practice next to a Luxottica-operated optical dispensary. The doctor provides high-quality optometric care and services, sets their own professional fee schedule, and retains the patient revenue associated with professional services delivered. The practice model offers professional autonomy, with scope of practice directed by the doctor and no company-imposed restrictions, interference, or quotas.

Practice arrangements and schedules are flexible, including part-time commitments and options to add to an existing practice schedule. The rent agreement includes a furnished office and well-equipped exam lane(s), along with an online appointment book and patient recall system. The model is described as offering an easy entry into private practice with minimal financial risk or obligations. Brand-supplied onboarding support is available from the first exam. Affiliated optometrists may also participate in OneSight’s vision-care mission.
