About The Position
An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical seeks an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. Luxottica operates the optical dispensary, while the affiliated doctor operates the doctor's office and provides optometric care and services to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly between the associate and the Subleasing Doctor. The position offers professional autonomy and a full scope of practice based on the doctor's professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor, without company-imposed restrictions or quotas. Flexible scheduling may be available, including part-time commitments or adding work to an existing practice schedule. The office is fully furnished and equipped; some offices may offer Revolution EHR software and technology and pre-testing support. An automated online appointment book and patient recall system are also available.
