About The Position

Store Associates support all parts of Lidl store operations in a structured, team-based environment. The role moves between customer checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and weekly promotional setups to meet store needs. Associates work at a fast pace, follow established processes and efficiency standards, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products up to and in excess of 45 lbs. and frequently reach above head height (10+ inches).

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Move between checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and other areas as store needs require.
Meet productivity goals and follow Lidl processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking.
Perform freshness checks in produce and chilled areas and maintain product quality and presentation.
Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers, including signage and pricing.
Maintain cleanliness across the sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
Operate the register quickly and accurately, including memorizing produce price lookup codes.
Handle customer inquiries and returns, and resolve or escalate customer issues professionally.
Follow inventory control measures to support accurate inventory and reduce stock loss.
Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines to help maintain a safe environment.
Work with the team to complete daily tasks on time and support smooth operations for the next shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
