About The Position

Store Associates deliver the Lidl shopping experience by taking part in a variety of store operations, including stocking, cleaning, bakery operations, and non-food merchandising. They work in a fast-paced environment, communicate openly with colleagues and management, and help provide customers with high-quality, low-price, hassle-free shopping. The role requires flexibility to start as early as 5 a.m. or finish as late as 11 p.m., including weekends. The position is part-time and based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide products weighing more than 50 pounds.
Ability to reach above the head to heights greater than 10 inches.
Flexibility to start an early shift at 5 a.m. or finish a late shift at 11 p.m., including weekends.
Positive attitude when priorities change.
Friendly communication style with team members and customers.
Drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Unpack stock as deliveries arrive while maintaining a quick pace.
Provide excellent customer service at the registers and throughout the store, including answering questions and helping customers locate items.
Keep the store clean and organized, including the parking lot, sales floor, breakroom, and warehouse.
Learn and complete tasks in the bakery, produce area, and weekly promotional setup.
Communicate clearly with management and colleagues and work as a team player to complete tasks as needed.
