About The Position

All About Parking Inc. is hiring a Shuttle Driver for its Intuitive Surgical location in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. The role provides client-facing support for valet parking, electric vehicle (EV) management, and driving operations. The driver transports employees and guests to and from designated areas and may also greet customers, park and retrieve vehicles, answer questions, provide directions, and assist with traffic control and other customer needs. The role also supports station operations, EV charging services, logs and reports, key audits, and the management of cash, tickets, keys, and equipment. Employees must follow company policies and applicable traffic laws, maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, and adapt to peak periods, changing shifts, and other operational needs. The position is listed as full-time or part-time, with a posted salary range of $16.00–$21.00 per hour; the title advertises $19 per hour. All employees must successfully complete a background check. Requirements

Must be at least 19 years of age.
Must have at least 3 years of driving experience.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have had no accidents or 2-point driving infractions in the last 5 years.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Punctual, with a good attendance record and reliable transportation to work.
Must possess a cell phone and email account.
Able to communicate positively with coworkers, customers, and vendors; work effectively independently and as part of a team; and resolve customer issues.
Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, including different times and locations.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, report data, and perform other duties with minimal direction.
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Must successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

Comply with company policies and procedures and assist in maintaining station operations.
Update valet and EV charging logs and maintain a clean, orderly work environment, including helping relieve car backlogs.
Greet incoming customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and provide outdoor concierge and customer service duties as requested.
Anticipate and assist with customer needs, including vehicle requests, opening car doors, wheelchair or luggage assistance, umbrellas, directions, and traffic direction.
Manage difficult or emotional customer situations tactfully.
Safely park, retrieve, and deliver customer vehicles; manage EV charging stations and related services.
Safely operate customer and company vehicles in accordance with traffic regulations, applicable laws, and company policies.
Perform hourly and daily key audits, including key transfers to customers and clients as directed.
Manage cash, valet tickets, ticketless technology systems, keys, and equipment in accordance with company policy.
Complete hourly and daily activity logs using the Employee Portal or phone, when available.
Safely operate, ride, rebalance, and secure bicycles for customers.
Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor, show respect for cultural differences, and promote a harassment-free environment.
Maintain working knowledge of account-specific details and be flexible to cover peak-volume periods, vacated shifts, and emergency situations.
Maintain EV operations and vehicle driving operations; recommend procedures to improve efficiency and charging throughput; and provide hands-on EV training as needed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
