About The Position

The Shuttle Driver provides transportation services to passengers by driving a van or shuttle within a designated area for a client. The driver is expected to interact and communicate professionally with passengers and provide exceptional customer service. The position is located at Tesla, 1339 South Park Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14220. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The fixed pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Previous shuttle bus driving experience transporting up to 15 people is required.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles safely in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
1–2 years of relevant customer service or driving experience.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to multitask and adjust to changes quickly.

Responsibilities

Safely transport passengers along designated routes according to a schedule or dispatch.
Review and submit vehicle work tickets when required.
Clean vehicles daily and perform basic maintenance as needed, including filling gas and adding fluids.
Respond to emergency needs arising from road, vehicle, traffic, or environmental conditions.
Provide overall operational support and customer service.
Provide management with feedback on how services may be improved.
Perform other duties as assigned.
