Store Associate - G2G
About The Position
Good 2 Go Stores LLC is hiring a Store Associate to provide friendly customer service and help create a welcoming atmosphere. The role includes assisting customers with purchases and locating items, operating the register, stocking and maintaining merchandise, supporting inventory tasks, and keeping the store and surrounding areas clean. Associates follow company policies and safety standards, close and balance registers, prepare hot food according to company standards where applicable, and assist with fuel spill cleanup as needed. The position is based at the G2G Store 308 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, and is listed as full-time/part-time with any shift and no travel.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
- Experience with Point of Sale and Time Collection systems.
Responsibilities
- Create a great atmosphere for customers.
- Help customers with purchases and finding items.
- Complete cashier and other customer service activities.
- Stock coolers, shelves, and consumable items.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking, inventory counts, and product checks.
- Clean the store, bathrooms, outside grounds, and other areas as needed and directed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Close and balance registers and report any variance to the Manager.
- Prepare and deliver hot food items according to company standards where applicable.
- Help with fuel spill cleanup as needed.
- Follow company safety standards and report issues.
