Store Associate - G2G
About The Position
Good 2 Go Stores LLC is hiring a Store Associate to provide a friendly, fun experience for customers and help drive sales. Associates assist customers with purchases and locating items, complete cashier and other customer service activities, stock merchandise and coolers, support inventory processes, and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store. They follow company policies and safety standards, close and balance registers and report variances to the Manager, prepare hot food items according to company standards where applicable, and help clean up fuel spills as needed. The role is based at G2G Store 307 in Corrales, New Mexico, and may involve working around fuel pumps, moving vehicles, parking lots, and outdoor grounds, as well as in hot or cold environments. The position is listed as full-time or part-time, with any shift, and pays $13.50 per hour.

Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
- Experience with Point of Sale and Time Collection systems.
Responsibilities
- Create a great atmosphere for customers.
- Help customers with purchases and finding items.
- Complete cashier duties and other customer service activities.
- Stock coolers, shelves, and consumable items.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking items, inventory counts, and product checks.
- Clean the store, bathrooms, and outside grounds as needed and directed.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Close and balance registers and report any variance to the Manager.
- Prepare hot food items according to company standards where applicable.
- Help with fuel spill clean-up as needed.
- Follow company safety standards and report issues.
