About The Position
Good 2 Go Stores LLC is hiring a Store Associate to provide friendly customer service and help create a welcoming store atmosphere. The role includes assisting customers with purchases and locating items, completing cashier and other customer-service activities, and keeping the store stocked, clean, and appealing. Associates may also support inventory processes, prepare hot food according to company standards where applicable, close and balance registers, report cash variances, and help clean up fuel spills. The position requires following company policies, procedures, and safety standards and reporting safety issues. The work is primarily in a retail store, with frequent work around fuel and fuel pumps, moving vehicles, parking lots, and outside grounds. Associates may work in hot or cold environments and must be able to meet the listed physical demands, including standing for extended periods, moving around the work location, climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, bending, stooping, pushing or pulling items, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
- Experience with Point of Sale and Time Collection systems.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Help customers with purchases and finding items.
- Complete cashier and other customer-service activities.
- Stock coolers, shelves, and consumable items.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking items, inventory counts, and product checks.
- Clean the store, bathrooms, and outside grounds as needed and directed.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Close and balance registers and report any variance to the Manager.
- Prepare and deliver hot food items according to company standards where applicable.
- Help clean up fuel spills as needed.
- Follow company safety standards and report issues.
