Store Associate - G2G
About The Position
Good 2 Go Stores LLC is hiring a Store Associate (also described as a “Candy Curator” or “Soda Sultan”) for its G2G Store 110 in Rigby, Idaho. The role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere, helping customers, completing cashier and customer-service activities, and keeping the store stocked, clean, and appealing. Associates may also help with inventory processes, prepare hot food where applicable, close and balance registers, assist with fuel-spill cleanup, and follow company safety standards and procedures. The position is primarily based in a retail store and involves frequent work around fuel and fuel pumps, moving vehicles, parking lots, and exterior grounds. Associates may work in hot or cold environments and must be able to perform the physical activities described in the posting.

Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
- Experience with Point of Sale and Time Collection systems.
Responsibilities
- Create a great atmosphere for customers.
- Help customers with purchases and finding items.
- Complete cashier and other customer-service activities.
- Stock coolers, shelves, and consumable items.
- Assist with inventory processes, including stocking items, inventory counts, and product checks.
- Clean the store, bathrooms, and outside grounds as needed and directed.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Close and balance registers and report any variance to the Manager.
- Prepare and deliver hot food items according to company standards where applicable.
- Help with fuel-spill cleanup as needed.
- Follow company safety standards and report issues.
