About The Position
Good 2 Go Stores LLC is hiring a Store Associate to provide customer service and support day-to-day retail store operations. The role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere, helping customers with purchases and locating items, completing cashier activities, maintaining product availability and store cleanliness, and following company procedures and safety standards. The position is based at G2G Store 117 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Work is primarily in a retail store, with frequent exposure to fuel and fuel pumps, moving vehicles, parking lots, and outdoor grounds. The role may involve working in hot or cold environments. The listed pay is $13.25 per hour, with no travel expected.

Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma/GED.
- One or more years’ experience in retail operations or a related field.
- Experience with Point of Sale and Time Collection systems.
Responsibilities
- Create a great atmosphere for customers.
- Help customers with purchases and finding items.
- Complete cashier and other customer service activities.
- Stock coolers, shelves, and consumable items.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking items, inventory counts, and product checks.
- Clean the store, bathrooms, and outside grounds as needed and directed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Close and balance registers and report any variance to the Manager.
- Prepare and deliver hot food items according to company standards, where applicable.
- Help with fuel spill clean-up as needed.
- Follow company safety standards and report issues.
