About The Position

Store Associates help deliver Lidl’s customer shopping experience and participate in all aspects of store operations, including stocking, cleaning, bakery operations, non-food merchandising, and customer service. The position requires flexibility to start as early as 5 a.m. or finish as late as 11 p.m., including weekends. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide products weighing more than 50 pounds.
Ability to reach above the head to heights greater than 10 inches.
Flexibility to start a shift at 5 a.m. or finish a shift at 11 p.m., including weekends.
Positive attitude when priorities change.
Friendly communication style with team members and customers.
Drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Unpack incoming deliveries and stock products at a quick pace.
Provide customer service at registers and throughout the store, answering questions and helping customers locate items.
Keep the store clean and organized, including the parking lot, sales floor, breakroom, and warehouse.
Learn and perform tasks in the bakery and produce areas and help with weekly promotional set-up.
Communicate clearly with management and colleagues and work as a team player to complete tasks.
