About The Position
The Store Associate welcomes and assists customers, helping them find everything they need to complete their projects in one trip. This customer-facing position is in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment at an independently owned and operated Ace Hardware store. Hardware experience is a plus but is not required; the store provides training from day one and opportunities to learn and grow. The team emphasizes helpful service, community impact, clear communication, and work/life balance, with schedules planned two weeks in advance. Employees are on their feet for most of a 6- to 8-hour shift and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
