About The Position

Store Associates support all aspects of daily Lidl store operations in a structured, team-based environment. The role includes serving customers, working checkout, stocking merchandise, supporting bakery and produce areas, and setting up weekly promotional displays. Associates work at a fast pace, follow established processes and efficiency standards, and help maintain store quality, cleanliness, safety, and smooth handoffs between shifts.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products weighing up to and in excess of 45 lbs. and frequently reach above head height (10+ inches).

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Move between checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and other areas according to store needs.
Meet productivity goals and follow Lidl processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking.
Perform daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas and maintain quality and presentation standards.
Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers, including accurate signage and pricing.
Maintain cleanliness across the sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
Operate the register quickly and accurately, including memorizing produce price look-up codes (PLUs).
Respond to customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve or escalate customer issues professionally.
Follow inventory-control measures to support inventory accuracy and reduce stock loss.
Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
Work with the team to complete daily tasks on time and support smooth store operations for the next shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
