About The Position

Store Associates support all aspects of daily store operations in a structured, team-based environment. The role spans customer service, checkout, stocking, bakery and produce duties, freshness checks, promotional displays, cleanliness, inventory control, and safety. Associates work at a fast pace, follow Lidl’s processes and productivity standards, and coordinate with teammates to complete daily tasks and prepare for the next shift.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products weighing up to and in excess of 45 lbs.
Ability to reach above head height (10+ inches) frequently.

Responsibilities

Engage customers with friendly, efficient service.
Transition between checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and other areas according to store needs.
Meet productivity goals and follow Lidl’s processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking.
Perform freshness checks in produce and chilled areas and maintain quality and presentation standards.
Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers, including accurate signage and pricing.
Maintain cleanliness across the sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
Operate the register quickly and accurately, including memorizing produce price lookup codes (PLUs).
Handle customer inquiries and returns, and resolve or escalate customer issues professionally.
Follow inventory control measures to support accurate inventory and reduce stock loss.
Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines to help maintain a safe environment.
Work with the team to complete daily tasks on time and support smooth operations for the next shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
