Responsibilities

Deliver an elevated shopping experience by engaging with customers in a warm, approachable, and knowledgeable manner.
Build and nurture customer relationships through personalized styling, product recommendations, and proactive client outreach.
Use clienteling tools and maintain a detailed client book to track preferences, follow up after purchases, and encourage long-term engagement and repeat business.
Inform customers about new arrivals, restocks, events, and brand moments through timely, personalized clienteling.
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and community-driven store environment that reflects Madhappy’s brand values.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling sales floor aligned with brand standards.
Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives.
Stay knowledgeable about store policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide seamless and consistent service.
