About The Position
As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team in creating a warm, welcoming space where customers can connect and enjoy coffee. The role involves running the business and developing a coffeehouse where the community feels welcome. Requirements
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country where applying.
- Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
