About The Position

Fabletics Retail is seeking a driven and passionate Seasonal Store Associate for its store at The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The associate provides a high-quality retail experience and uses technology to help customers shop seamlessly between the website and retail stores. Working with the Store Manager, store supervisors, and other associates, this role engages customers, supports store goals, and contributes to an energetic team environment. The position reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements

At least one year of work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Knowledge of and familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale systems.
Self-motivated with good communication skills.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
Ability to stand, move, talk, hear, reach, and grab constantly for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Represent Fabletics’ culture and values and help customers connect with the brand.
Engage customers and explain product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
Promote customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
Maintain store merchandising guidelines and make the store easy to shop.
Provide feedback to the Store Manager to help improve the business.
Meet or exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain personal sales performance and achieve sales goals.
Follow safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes as needed; boxes can weigh 10–30 pounds.
