About The Position
CART Solutions is seeking part-time grocery merchandisers for a flexible, independent role supporting grocery department merchandising, remodels, and resets. Work is scheduled weekly, with a typical schedule of four days per week, Monday through Thursday. The day shift starts at 5 a.m.; shifts last 6–8 hours and end at variable times. Work locations may include Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, San Antonio, Lutz, Land O’ Lakes, and Dade City, with travel within 30 miles required. The role pays $16.50 per hour, with paid mileage and travel time. There are no night, weekend, or major-holiday shifts. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to take and submit photos with internet access.
- Must bring a small handheld tool set, such as a screwdriver, tape measure, and box cutter.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and kneel for 6–10 hours and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must have reliable transportation covering a radius of 50 miles or more.
- Must be willing to work in all grocery departments.
- Proficiency in using planograms (POGs) is essential for remodels and resets.
- No degree is needed.
