About The Position

CART Solutions is hiring part-time grocery merchandisers for a flexible gig role serving Wesley Chapel and nearby areas. Merchandisers work in grocery departments at various locations, with assignments potentially including Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, San Antonio, Lutz, Land O’ Lakes, and Dade City. The role requires travel within 30 miles of assignment locations and reliable transportation covering a 50-mile radius or more. The schedule is four days a week, Monday through Thursday, with a 5:00 a.m. start and variable end times. Shifts are typically 6–8 hours, though the physical requirements indicate the ability to stand, bend, and kneel for 6–10 hours. Pay is $16.50 per hour, with mileage and travel time paid. There are no nights, weekends, or major holidays. Weekly flexible scheduling is available. This is W-2 employment; no degree is needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to take and submit photos and have internet access.
Must bring a small handheld tool set, such as a screwdriver, tape measure, and box cutter.
Must be able to stand, bend, and kneel for 6–10 hours and lift up to 30 pounds.
Must have reliable transportation covering a 50-mile radius or more.
Must be able to work in all grocery departments.
Proficiency in using planograms (POGs) is essential for completing remodels and resets.
No degree is required.
