About The Position

The Store Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role helps hire, supervise, and work with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising, while maintaining high standards and providing fast, friendly customer service. The Assistant Manager provides regular and predictable onsite attendance and helps execute the food program. The role calls for customer care, urgency, patience, and leadership.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
