Part Time Stocker
About The Position
The Stocker unloads store trucks, stocks, faces, and rotates merchandise, works through backstock, keeps the backroom organized and clean, builds displays, and reports and records product damages and credits. The role also includes removing trash and cardboard from stocking areas. Employees who are 18 or older may load and operate the cardboard baler. Overnight Stockers may also be assigned Floor Keeper duties. In addition to regular stocking duties, Floor Keepers clean store floors and restrooms during the overnight shift at intervals determined by Management, and regularly check fluids and filters in powered cleaning equipment. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Basic mathematics, including counting.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Work involves standing, reaching, reaching above the shoulder, twisting, bending or stooping, squatting, kneeling, and climbing.
